The new Asus R5 is the latest addition to the Asus line-up.
We’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of the Asus Cg32us processor for quite some time now, and the Asus R7 is the culmination of the latest update to that processor.
The Asus Cgm32uQ is a new entry-level notebook processor that uses the latest 28nm manufacturing process to provide a more power efficient solution for power-hungry systems.
The processor itself is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z2560T that uses Intel HD 4000 graphics.
The Asus R6 was launched back in June 2016, and was the first mainstream laptop to feature a dual-core processor.
We still love dual-threaded CPUs for their efficiency and performance.
The new Asus Cgb32uUQ is also the latest laptop to use the Asus rx 3070 (which is also known as the latest AMD Radeon RX 480 GPU).
The new laptop is powered with an Intel Core i7-8700HQ (2.8GHz / 12GB / 128GB DDR4) with 8GB of RAM.
It features a 15.6-inch 1080p screen with IPS technology, as well as a new, improved keyboard with a dedicated row for the function keys.
The laptop has a USB-C port on the left side, and it supports USB 3.0, USB Type-C, and Thunderbolt 3.
The R7 comes with a 4,500mAh battery, which should give you plenty of time for use when you are away from home.
The new model has an Intel 8th Gen Core i5-8400T (3.8 GHz / 18.5GB / 32GB DDR3) CPU and is rated at 14 hours of battery life, and is also available with the new Intel Iris Pro graphics.
We expect this model to be a great buy for gamers, but not necessarily for everyone else.
We would recommend this model if you are looking for a new budget laptop.
